This one can be a monster if you get too ambitious with your weight selection. Very impressive commitment from the a.m. classes. Some of the athletes brought the wrong date to the dance but by God they stuck with her/him. Great work.

This was weird. You feel fatigued, but you can’t really put your finger on it. 21:04 Rx I would highly recommend a strategy on this, I did sets of 20 then had to break up the final 20 into 10′s. This basically made Double Unders my rest. I firmly believe even if you take a break during your 20′s its faster than constantly switching movements (which seems to make for a bigger break). Next time I would consider going till I feel like switching without ever really hitting the wall on a movement. Just some free advice, it’s worth what you paid for it.
